Get help if you need it, and don't be embarrassed. Therapy can be a good thing, and can help you cope with anxiety and depression. I try to meditate. I'm not very good at it, but meditation does help me to focus on the good things in my life. Stay positive and live a clean life. This is really important. Sometimes life isn't so great, but we need to stay positive and pull through. I've had to deal with the stress of loss as well, which can also be dibilitating. When my mom was alive, I was in a band playing covers (mostly higher range stuff like Queensryche). I never had any issues with higher range vocals, until my mom passed. When she did, my anxiety took over. It was so overwhelming that when I needed to hit those high notes, my anxiety would take over. I just couldn't hit them... Having lost my parents and my wife, I needed to find tools to help me cope. For me, meditation was the way to go.
About Me
My love for music began at the young age of 11. When I showed an interest in playing drums, my mother surprised me with a Ludwig Kit. I was in heaven! My first and only band as a drummer was called Madhouse, out of Seattle, WA. I was 16.

In 1980, Madhouse became Moxi, and the band found a new drummer. I realized I had a voice and began my first lead singing role.

For the past 35+ years, I’ve refined my technique and musicianship while taking it upon myself to perfect any musical challenges presented to me. In doing so, I’ve managed to prevail. The result of my labors is a huge array of successful performances, along with audience, magazine and venue acclaim.
