I cope with stress, normal daily occurrence... by realizing, and reminding myself, stress is fake, it does not exist.....it can be related to your diet, caffeine, smoking, drinking, sugar, whatever...but. Main thing is... remember, if you're overwhelmed, you might be over booked. Don't work so hard. Follow your passions, sometimes your addictions can be a healthy item on the list of your things ya gotta do. BUT... if it is causing you to lose it. ya gotta back off. Stress is not real, cancel some of your list of shit to do, spread it out. Don't dig a ditch til your hands bleed, dig a little, chill, dig a little...chill...some people ...this somewhat simple mantra seems impossible because they over indulge. over work, feel pressure. have so much desire, that it is killing the very thing they love about the thing they love to do most. if you hate your job, that's a big problem. but, ya gotta eat and take care of you and yours. so, inviting things into your routine that balance the rest of the shit that sucks, is advised. Do not ever bite off more than you can chew, if you already know you're going to choke.

CERTAIN THINGS SEEMINGLY FOUND THEIR WAY INTO HIS PERSONAL COLLECTION OF MUSIC AS THE BIRTH OF PUNK AND EARLY HEAVY METAL WAS MAKING ITS WAY INTO POP CULTURE AROUND THE TIME JASON WAS A YOUNG TEEN, LEARNING SONGS BY LIFTING AND DROPPING OF THE NEEDLE INTO THE GROOVES OF HIS FAVE RECORDS AFTER SCHOOL AND WEEKENDS.
GROWING UP WITH THREE BROTHERS WHO ALL LOVED MUSIC, INFLUENCES ABOUND THROUGHOUT THE HOUSEHOLD.

JASON STARTED ON HIS MUSIC CAREER ARMED WITH HIS BROTHERS 3/4 SIZE ACOUSTIC GUITAR AND A KAY BRAND BASS GUITAR BOUGHT BY MOTHER AND OLDEST BROTHER. PLAYING EARLY SHOWS IN BACKYARDS AND VETERAN HALLS, HE WAS ONLY IMMULATING HIS IDOLS AND WHAT HE LOVED ABOUT THEM ON THE RECORDS, AS WELL AS PICTURES IN CIRCUS AND HIT PARADER. LITTLE DID HE OR ANYONE IN HIS FAMILY KNOW, HE WOULD BE IN THE PAGES OF THOSE MAGAZINES A DECADE LATER. BIO – Jason McMaster
